Booking Policies

Payment Terms

  • 50% downpayment or ₱3,000 reservation fee (non-refundable) required to secure booking
  • Confirmation sent 10 days before the booking date
  • Full payment on or before check-in
  • Security deposit of ₱5,000 required upon check-in; refunded at check-out less any damages

Cancellation & Rebooking

  • Booking cancellations are not allowed
  • You may rebook your reservation once, at least 20 days before the scheduled date
  • Rebooking requires at least 15 days' notice; a 10% non-refundable fee is deducted

  • 21-hour period: Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM the following day
  • Night Tour: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Day Tour: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Villa House Rules

Check-In & Check-Out

  • A 21-hour check-in period begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted unless approved by staff. A fine of ₱1,000.00 will be charged for violations.

Security Deposit & Damages

  • A security deposit of ₱5,000.00 is required upon check-in and refunded at check-out. Damages to décor, appliances, walls, furniture, and vomiting on the bed will be charged to the guest.
  • Rebooking must be made at least 15 days prior. A 10% non-refundable fee will be deducted. Subject to availability.

Pool & Safety

  • Guests must shower before entering the swimming pool.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times around the pool. The Villa is not liable for accidents.
  • Avoid running on the wet floor beside the pool.
  • Please refrain from eating and drinking in the pool.

Cleaning & Pets

  • A cleaning fee of ₱300.00 will be charged for confetti left behind.
  • Pets are welcome but must wear diapers at all times. Pets are not allowed in the pool. A ₱300.00 cleaning fee applies for pet fur.
  • Dispose of waste in the appropriate trash can.

Amenities & Conduct

  • Use disposable plates, spoons, and forks for sanitary purposes.
  • Bring your own towel and personal accessories — we do not provide complimentary items.
  • Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the designated area. Violators will be charged ₱1,000.00.
  • Ensure the umbrella is folded during windy conditions or when not in use.
  • The microphone is collected at 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors.

Security & Final Policies

  • Staff may enter the Villa to inspect the pump room or address issues during your stay.
  • We are not liable for lost belongings. Please secure valuables inside your room.
  • All rules must be strictly followed. Violations may result in eviction and a refund of only 50% of your payment.
